Condition information is not generally included in the description of an item, but we are happy to provide condition reports and additional images upon request and will then upload them onto the online catalogue so that others may benefit from this information. The absence of a condition report online does not imply that the lot is without imperfections, damage or restoration. 

Please note that we will not be accepting cash payments at this sale and request that all payments are made via a bank transfer or through the payment link on the Chorley's website prior to collecting.  We do not accept payment by card over the telephone.

VENUE:
The auction will take place at Chorley's saleroom

CONDITION: 
Please Note - we do not make reference to the condition of lots within descriptions. We are however happy to provide additional information regarding the condition of items on request.

BUYERS PREMIUM:
30% including VAT will be applied to the hammer price and is payable by the buyer.

SALEROOM BIDDING FEE:
Winning bids submitted through The Saleroom will be subject to an additional bidding fee of 6% including VAT on top of the hammer price.

PAYMENT:
Invoices will be sent out by Chorley’s, with instructions as to how to pay. We do not deduct payment from the card bidders have used for registration

COLLECTION:
Purchased items must be paid for and collected from Chorley’s saleroom strictly by 4pm on Friday 7th February 2025
